Permanent Administration/Construction Clerk. 

 

About the role: 

 

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Administration Offer with experience in the building and construction industry.  This permanent position will involve providing a wide range of support to a small team of tradesman including scheduling, quoting and invoicing, liaising with suppliers, tradespersons and customers, job management, accounts processing, assisting the business owner, sending and responding to emails, answering phones and general office duties.

Skills/Experience needed

    • Experience in the construction industry in an administration role

    • Experience with job management software (Tradify/Simpro) preferred

    • Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail

    • Professional, confident and friendly phone manner

    • Ability to multi-task and excellent time management

    • Strong initiative and ability to implement systems and processes
